Landy Slattery

Landy Slattery has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. They started their career as a Freelance Illustrator for South China Morning Post SCMP in 1992 and later worked as a Freelance Art Director for MTV. They also worked as a Senior Associate Producer at Star Tv and later joined Nickelodeon as a Freelance Creative & Director.

In 1999, Landy joined Sky as a Senior Promo Director. After leaving Sky, they worked as a Promo Director & Campaign Writer for National Geographic Channel / Fox History & Entertainment. In 2002, Landy co-founded 17films and served as a Co-founder & Director until 2008.

In 2006, Landy joined Channel 4 as a Creative Director for Channel 4 streaming. They also co-founded and chaired 4Women, a gender employee network at Channel 4, where they implemented a menopause policy in 2019.

In 2017, Landy became the Chair of the Board of Directors at Promax UK. Their most recent role was at Channel 4, where they were involved in various leadership positions. Their work experience showcases their expertise in the media industry and their commitment to promoting gender equality.

Landy Slattery attended Central St Martins School of Art and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design & Illustration. Prior to that, between 1978 and 1983, Slattery attended Rathdown School in Dublin and obtained an Intermediate degree.
