Jamal Waites

Jamal Waites is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in DevOps and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Director of DevOps and Director of Cloud Architecture at Charles Schwab since October 2020, Jamal has previously held positions including Specialist Master and Cloud Manager at Deloitte, Principal Architect (DevOps) and Senior DevOps Technical Architect at Infosys, and Automation Architect at Bank of America. Additional experience includes roles at Macy's, GE Capital, Duke Energy Corporation, Wells Fargo, MSN, and Equifax. Jamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master's in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy.
