Yamini Sinha

Yamini Sinha has a broad range of experience in human resources, starting in 2005 as an Assistant Manager HR at Samtel Display Systems. Yamini worked as a Senior Manager HR and later as a Manager - Plant HR at PepsiCo from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of India Operations HR Head & HRBP at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Following that, they served as India HR Head at BorgWarner Inc. in 2016-2017 and at Alibaba Group from 2018 to 2020. Yamini then transitioned to Nalco Water, where they worked as an HR Business Partner & Compensation & Benefits Lead, and later as a Country HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Chart Industries, Inc.

Yamini Sinha has a diverse education history. Yamini obtained their MBA in HRM from Banasthali Vidyapith from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a B.A(hons) in Business Economics with a specialization in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Delhi University from 1997 to 2000. Their schooling was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 1997, where they focused on studying science. In addition to their academic achievements, Yamini has also obtained several certifications, including being certified as a Rewards Ready professional from AON ahlc in 2022, becoming an MBTI Certified Trainer from CPP, Inc. in 2016, and obtaining Gallup's Strength Coach certification from Gallup Inc in 2014.
