Ryan Stewart

Ryan Stewart is a Technical Services Engineer at Charter Steel since September 2017, with previous experience as a Product Engineer Metallurgist at Gerdau from July 2010 to 2017. At Gerdau, Ryan managed 66 customer accounts, developed steel practices based on specifications, and created production part approval processes. Notable achievements include performing failure analysis, implementing safety and productivity improvements, and promoting employee knowledge through a Job Shadowing program. Earlier, Ryan completed a Materials Science Engineering internship at Michigan State University, focusing on thermoelectric materials and publishing in a respected journal, along with a summer internship at Ford Motor Company.
