IT Support Engineer at Kasada

Danny Avila has worked in the IT industry since 2012. Danny started their career as a Technical Support Representative at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and then moved to Pepper Financial Services Group as an IT Support Analyst in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Trade Floor Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Danny then returned to Pepper Financial Services Group as a Lead IT Analyst in 2015. In 2016, they became an Infrastructure Engineer at Toyota Financial Services. Danny then moved to Telstra as a Client Services Engineer in 2017. In 2019, they worked at HUB24 Limited as an ICT Service Delivery Team Lead and Systems Administrator. In 2020, they joined Atlassian as a Trello Support Engineer and is currently working as an IT Support Engineer at Kasada since 2021.

Danny Avila completed their Higher School Certificate from Saint Gregory's College between 1996 and 2001. Danny then went on to obtain a Diploma in Information Technology (Network Engineering) from TAFE NSW in 2006-2007. Danny has also obtained several certifications, including Core Deployment & Administrator Fundamentals from MobileIron in November 2017, V7.5 Support Specialist Intermediate and V8.5 Support Specialist Fundamentals from MobileIron in May 2017, VSP - Mobility 2016 and VTSP - Mobility 2016 from VMware in April 2017, ITIL v3 Foundation from ALC Training & Consulting in June 2009, Network+ from CompTIA in September 2012, and A+ from CompTIA in June 2012.
