Brian Hoffman

Brian Hoffman has a diverse range of work experience. Brian is currently working as an IC/DoD/Special Operations Business Development Manager at Chartis Federal since January 2023. Prior to this, Brian was the Government BD Lead at SIXGEN from April 2022 to January 2023.

From 2017 to 2022, Brian held multiple roles at Rigid Tactical. Brian started as a Business Development professional in April 2019 and ended in April 2022. Before that, they served as a SOF Intelligence Integrator from August 2017 to August 2019, directly supporting the Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) and counterterrorism operations.

Before joining Rigid Tactical, Brian worked at USAID as an Intelligence Officer from November 2016 to August 2017. In this role, they collected and analyzed intelligence data from multiple sources to shape agency programs.

In 2010, Brian founded their own real estate investment business, Hoffman Habitats, LLC. Brian served as the Founder and was responsible for designing and launching the business, as well as estimating property values and forecasting profitability.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. as a Product Manager from April 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they led projects for target development products and built geopolitical intelligence products for special operations analysts.

Brian also has military experience, having served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2009. Their roles included being a U.S. Marine from February 2004 to April 2009, a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) at the National Security Agency (NSA) from June 2008 to February 2009, and a Target Analyst at the NSA from November 2007 to May 2008 and from March 2007 to October 2007. Brian also performed digital network exploitation for U.S. Government computer network operations efforts.

Brian Hoffman attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
