David Clarke

David Clarke serves as the Vice President of Operations at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services since April 2023. With over two decades of extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, previous roles include Co-Owner of Hamilton Health & Fitness from November 2010 to April 2023, and Vice President of Operations at Restaurant Associates from November 2000 to September 2021, where David managed 27 accounts across 50+ locations with a revenue of up to $80M. David has successfully secured significant contract extensions with major clients such as Morgan Stanley, Tiffany & Co., and the World Bank. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at CitiGroup, Director at Deutsche Bank, and positions at Fine & Shapiro Restaurant, Princeton University, and Cornell University, where David earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration.
