Adam D. Rhodes

Dr. Adam D. Rhodes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Adam D. started their career as a Resident Physician at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA, from 2011 to 2014. Adam D. then worked at Summa Health, initially as a Family Physician from 2014 to 2016, followed by a Geriatric Fellowship from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, they transitioned to Aultman Hospital as the Medical Director of the Department of Geriatrics from 2017 to 2018. Dr. Rhodes also worked at Oak Street Health as a Physician in various capacities from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the positions of Center Medical Director and Senior Medical Director at ChenMed, starting in 2021. Dr. Rhodes' experience showcases their dedication to geriatrics and primary care, along with leadership roles in medical settings.

Adam D. Rhodes, DO, CAQGM completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2007. Adam D. then pursued their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, and a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Family Practice: Geriatric Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine.
