James Fougere, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Partner at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since August 2023. Previously, James held multiple leadership roles at The Home Depot, including Sr. Director of Human Resources focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, where responsibilities included executing fair employment practices across various locations. James has extensive experience in human resources management, having served in positions that required oversight of employee relations, HR strategy execution, and team development at companies such as Burlington Coat Factory, Target Corporation, and Toys R Us. James earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Business Administration from Dillard University.
