Matteo Elia is currently the Logistic Operation Manager at Chimar, where Matteo oversees all logistics sites in the Chimar Group. Prior to this role, Matteo served as the Supply Chain Manager at BALTUR S.p.A. and as a Logistics Engineering Specialist at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. Matteo has a background in business and mechanical engineering, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Labor, Development, and Innovation. Throughout their career, Matteo has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to define key supply chain KPIs, suggest process improvements, and manage logistic operations efficiently.
