Dawn M. Bernatz

Dawn Bernatz joined Church Mutual as the director of marketing strategy and communications in 2016, transitioning to director of corporate communications in 2018.She was promoted to her current role in January 2023.

Bernatz graduated from the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.

Bernatz has served on the boards of Church Mutual’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as a Chamber business ambassador. Bernatz also volunteers with the Never Forgotten Honor Flight.
