Tim Bauer

Tim Bauer is the Director of Strategic Operations at Churchill Living. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tim started their career as a General Manager at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. in December 1995. Tim then spent seven years at Oakwood Worldwide as a General Market Manager from May 2002 to January 2020. In their current role, Tim is responsible for Churchill Living's short-term rental operations.

Bauer graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
