Erin Walter

Erin Walter has extensive experience in client services, customer experience, and project management. Erin currently holds the title of Vice President of Client Services at Ciberspring, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Erin served as the Vice President of Client Services at Komodo Health from May 2022 to March 2023. At Komodo Health, they led the client services group and was responsible for managing the patient journey through technical assets and applications. Erin also played a pivotal role in growing and developing the team, as well as establishing and executing the group's strategy and vision. Before joining Komodo Health, Erin worked at Mavens - A Komodo Health Company, where they created and scaled the Client Services practice, expanded service offerings, and grew the team to nearly 60 members. Erin also has experience in director-level roles, including Director of Customer Experience at Mindscaling and Director of Client Services at MPX. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships, implementing technology solutions, and driving business growth.

Erin Walter holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Cincinnati. In January 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce.
