Kristy Barnes Williams

Kristy Barnes Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristy is currently the Director of Data Compliance at CIBT. Prior to this role, they worked at Kaléo as a Senior Manager of Integrity and Compliance, where they played a critical role in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Kristy also led a team and worked collaboratively across various departments to promote a culture of compliance and integrity. Before that, they held positions at Apex Systems, Winvale, Capital One, Royall & Company, ICONMA, Live Well Financial, Inc., and Heritage Union Services, where they gained expertise in project management, risk management, compliance, and operations. At Capital One, they were a Senior Project Manager and a member of the Bank Marketing Operations Leadership Team. Kristy was also responsible for managing a team and serving as the Product Owner for the Automated Marketing Platform. At Royall & Company, they served as the Senior Operations Manager and Chief of Staff for the CTO. Throughout their career, Kristy has demonstrated a strong track record of successfully managing projects, implementing compliance programs, and fostering a culture of integrity.

Kristy Barnes Williams obtained a BS degree in Biological Psychology from William & Mary in the years 1995 to 1999.
