Liher García González

Liher García González is a predoctoral researcher at CIC biomaGUNE since November 2019, focusing on engineering artificial proteins for biological light-emitting diodes. Previous research includes a master's thesis on computational models of host-guest systems for artificial fluorescent proteins. Liher has an extensive background in nursing, having served as a professional nurse at Osakidetza from January 2012 to December 2021, and held roles such as nursing supervisor at IFAS. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Condensed Matter Physics and Biological Systems from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a bachelor's thesis on ECP biomarker quantification related to keratoconus and ocular allergy from the University of the Basque Country.
