Meredith Murphy has had a diverse range of work experiences. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), starting as a Concierge Associate and moving up to roles such as Lobby Concierge, Concierge Manager, and currently as a Community Leader and Site Leader. Prior to their time at CIC, from 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Special Projects Assistant at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they were responsible for supporting the Human Resources division with various projects. In 2015, they had an internship at TrizCom, where they conducted client research, crafted press releases, and worked collaboratively with senior account executives. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at SMU Meadows School of the Arts as a Box Office Employee and House Manager, where they managed box office associates and provided customer support during arts events. Additionally, in 2014, they had a marketing internship at MatTek Corporation, where they assisted in a rebranding effort and utilized Microsoft Office programs. Meredith Murphy's work experience reflects a strong background in customer service, project management, and marketing.

Meredith Murphy completed their high school education at Algonquin Regional High School from 2008 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Meredith then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree at Southern Methodist University, studying Communication Studies with a focus on Strategic Communications and Public Relations. Meredith also pursued a minor in Human Rights during their time at the university, graduating in 2015.
