Wendy Kobler

Wendy Kobler, Ph.D. has an extensive work experience spanning various positions and organizations. Their most recent position was as the Chief Development & External Relations Officer at Cincinnati Works, where they lead the development and external relations efforts of the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Engagement at Ithaca College, where they revitalized the philanthropy and engagement staff and processes. Wendy also worked as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Kentucky State University, where they built systems for gift processing and donor relations. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Secondary Education-Marketing Education from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. Wendy completed their undergraduate education at the University of West Florida - College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Additionally, Wendy has pursued professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge. Wendy obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in December 2020. In terms of certifications, they also hold a Certification in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from The Fund Raising School in Indianapolis, IN.
