Capt. Saif Qezilbash

Capt. Saif Qezilbash has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2003, they served in the Indian Army as a Lieutenant and later as an Adjutant for five years in the 16th Light Cavalry unit. In 2007, they worked as a Promotion & Sales Officer for the Military World Games.

Capt. Saif transitioned to the corporate sector, joining Barclays Bank as a Manager in 2008 and later becoming a Regional Manager. Capt. Saif achieved flow rate targets and managed a team of telecallers and sales agencies. Capt. Saif also worked as an Area Sales Manager-Mortgages, sourcing customers with large ticket sizes.

From 2010 to 2012, Capt. Qezilbash worked at Aircel as a Corporate Sales Manager, amassing corporate business and providing after-sales service. Capt. Saif then joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Chief Manager, responsible for expanding Defense/PSU Corporate Salary accounts in the Northern region and acquiring new clients.

Moving on to Gartner, they worked as a Sr. Account Director for the government sector. Capt. Saif delivered government orders within a short period, achieved high sales targets, and secured IT projects from key accounts.

At Forrester, Capt. Qezilbash served as a Senior Account Director, driving business from Corporate & Government accounts across India. Capt. Saif achieved a quota of 211% in 2019, making him the top performer in the APAC region.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales and Senior Director at Cint since 2022. Capt. Saif orchestrated a transformative turnaround for the India sales team, expanded market share, and consistently surpassed targets.

Capt. Saif Qezilbash has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Allahabad. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued their Intermediate degree in Commerce at Army Public School in Lucknow. In 2008, Capt. Qezilbash obtained an MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, although the specific dates of completion are unknown. In 2020, Capt. Qezilbash obtained a CX Certification from Forrester.
