Dr. Haytham Y. H.

Dr. Haytham Y. H. has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Dr. Haytham began their career at Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) in 2000 as a Snr. Eng. Tech., where they worked until 2007. Dr. Haytham then joined Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) in 2007 and served as the Head of Business Department / Travel and Tourism Divisions until 2019. In 2011, they became a Freelancer Training and Human Resource Development Consultant, and they continued in this role until 2017. In 2020, they joined the University of Technology Bahrain as an Assistant Professor and also took on the role of MBA Program Head. Most recently, they became a Lead Moderator at CIPD in 2023 and is currently in that position.

Dr. Haytham Y. H. completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Strathclyde in 2010. Dr. Haytham then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Development and Human Resource Management from Teesside University between 2014 and 2018.
