Emily Whitaker, DNP RN, currently serves as an RN Care Coach at CircleLink Health since January 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Team Lead Clinical Nurse II for the Hospital at Home program at WakeMed, managing administrative tasks for up to 21 patients and overseeing a team of 10 personnel. Emily has extensive experience in population health management, care coordination, and case management across various healthcare settings, including Beaufort Memorial Hospital, PruittHealth, Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, and Memorial Health. Emily holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University.
