Cheryl Wong is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach with extensive experience in fitness training and educational services. Currently serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wasatch Combat Sports since March 2016, Cheryl specializes in program design that focuses on strength training, conditioning, mobility, and corrective exercises. Alongside this role, Cheryl is a substitute teacher with Kelly Educational Services, particularly enjoying work at middle and high schools. Additionally, Cheryl has been a Fitness Specialist at Cirque Lodge since September 2005, where motivation and support are provided to individuals on their recovery journeys. With a comprehensive background as an independent trainer and certifications in personal training, Cheryl is dedicated to promoting health and wellness across various fitness disciplines, including Pilates instruction and CrossFit training. Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
