Pauline Feng has a diverse work experience in various industries. Pauline is currently the Manager of Customer Support at CiteRight, where they oversee customer support operations. Pauline Feng has a diverse education history. From 2012 to 2017, they attended the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. During the same period, they also studied at the University of Toronto Faculty of Music and obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education, completing their studies in 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Pauline has obtained several certifications. Pauline completed the Project Management Fundamentals course at Udemy in October 2022. In July 2021, they earned certifications in Accounting Foundations, Camtasia 2020 Essential Training: The Basics, Articulate 360: Interactive Learning, Articulate Storyline Essential Training, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, Elearning Techniques: Visual Design, and Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365). In June 2021, they completed the Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID course. Earlier, in November 2019, Pauline became a certified Travel Agent through the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. Prior to their higher education, they obtained a Certificate of Bilingual Studies in French Immersion from the Toronto District School Board in June 2012. In June 2010, they completed the ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance at The Royal Conservatory of Music. Lastly, they received certification in First Aid and Standard CPR C from the Canadian Red Cross in April 2015.
