Julia Zilberman is the Head of Client Engagement and Marketing for the ICG. In this role, she leads the client engagement strategy with regards to creation, integration and distribution of our content to our clients. Julia works to deliver across strategies to leverage the collective strengths from the core businesses, allowing the organization to deliver industry-leading, innovative solutions. The content strategy includes the development of original content, third-party branded insights and thought leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Julia was Global Head of Client Engagement and Marketing for Markets and Securities Services and a member of the Markets Global Sales Executive Committee. Julia joined Citi in 2007 and has held several roles, including Marketing and Branding for Markets, Regional Head of Marketing for EMEA, Head of Public Affairs in Russia/CIS and Head of Public Affairs for Citi in India/South Asia. Prior to Citi, Julia spent 11 years with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in Senior roles in Strategy, Business Development and Marketing and five years with the International Finance Corporation. Julia holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and Columbia Business School and an economics and political science degree from Carleton University in Canada.
