Nafiz Imtiaz

Nafiz Imtiaz currently holds the position of Vice President of Internal Audit, Finance Data Transformation at Citi since June 2022. Previously, Nafiz served as a Business Control Testing Specialist at BMO Capital Markets and as Manager of Risk Insights & Analytics at RBC, where key contributions included managing risk review reports, evaluating global financial crime risks, and supporting financial crime detection models. Prior roles also featured managing AML investigations at HSBC, compliance support in Scotiabank's Global Wholesale Operations, and investigations at BMO Financial Group focused on money laundering prevention. An International Graduate from Standard Chartered Bank, Nafiz has also worked in media as a news presenter and researcher. Nafiz holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph and an MBA in Banking and Insurance from the University of Dhaka.
