Sweta Mohanty

Sweta Mohanty, FRM, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Counterparty Credit Risk In-Business Quality Assurance at Citi since July 2023. Previously, Sweta spent over a decade at Credit Suisse, advancing from Assistant Vice President in Credit Risk Methodology to Vice President in Counterparty Credit Risk Management, focusing on regulatory compliance with PRA/FINMA/FED requirements and developing credit risk models. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role in Risk Management at Capgemini and an internship at JP Morgan Chase involving credit analysis and client credit rating. Sweta holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management and a B-Tech in Metallurgy and Materials from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
