Justin Begley

Justin Begley is a seasoned professional in urban planning and transit development, currently serving as a Multimodal Development & Planning Supervisor at the City and County of Denver since June 2017. Previously, Justin held key positions including Transit & Corridors Principal Planner and Project Manager II within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Planning at the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) and Senior Researcher at the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida. Justin also worked as ITS Project Manager at HART and as an Associate Planner at Broward County Transit. Justin holds a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University.
