Megan Rohrer

Megan Rohrer serves as the Director of Performance and Operations for the City and County of Denver since April 2022. Previously, Megan held various leadership roles at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, including Director of Strategy and Business Processes and Senior Advisor of Strategy and Operations, alongside participation in the Harvard Leadership Fellowship. Earlier experience includes positions at Heat Seek as a Remote MBA Intern, Amazon as a Pathways Operations Manager Intern focusing on inventory processes, and Cambridge Associates as Assistant Manager overseeing investment data operations. Megan began a career in the United States Army, contributing as a Social Scientist and Intelligence Assistant. Academically, Megan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Relations from William & Mary, along with a BS in Mandarin from the United States Military Academy, and has passed Level I of the CFA Program through The CFA Institute.
