Montague Hung

Montague Hung is currently working as an Assistant City Attorney/Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Alameda, where Montague engages in civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and advisory work with City departments. Prior to this, Montague served as a Litigation Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, focusing on high stakes securities class actions and SEC investigations. Montague also has experience as a White Collar Associate at Paul Hastings, where Montague worked on DOJ and SEC investigations, and as a Litigation Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, handling DOJ investigations and commercial litigation. Montague holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
