Robert Vance

Robert Vance has an extensive background in civil engineering and transportation planning, with experience working for various public and private organizations. Robert currently holds the position of Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer at the City of Alameda and has previously served as a Civil Engineer for the City of Oakland. Robert's education includes a Master of Science in Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University.
