Carissa Larsen

Carissa Larsen has a strong background in communications and community engagement, with experience in various roles at different organizations. Carissa currently serves as the Senior Director of Communications & Community Engagement at the City of Burnsville, overseeing innovative branding initiatives and managing a significant budget. Prior to this, Carissa worked at the Association for Nonsmokers-MN, where Carissa co-founded and directed programs to promote smoke-free policies. Carissa also has experience in admissions counseling at St. Catherine University. Carissa holds degrees in Public Relations and English Literature from the same institution.
