Aaron White

Aaron White is a seasoned professional in community and economic development with over a decade of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Director of Community Development for the City of Eau Claire since December 2018, Aaron holds a prior role as Economic Development Manager. Aaron's extensive background includes serving as Executive Director for the Ellis County Coalition for Economic Development, where promotion of Hays, KS, and Ellis County, KS, was a primary focus. Earlier experience encompasses positions such as Director of Business Retention and Expansion for the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce and Logistics Coordinator at Cargill. Aaron’s career began with military service as a Corporal and Assault Section Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Buena Vista University.
