Adam Germaine

Adam Germaine is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in identity and access management. Currently serving as a Principal Security Architect at City of Hope since September 2024, Adam is focused on streamlining multi-factor authentication and single sign-on solutions from various vendors into a unified identity provider while driving automation through Sailpoint for service account provisioning. Previously, Adam held the position of Principal IAM Engineer at CommonSpirit Health from September 2020 to October 2024, and during a 12-year tenure at Dignity Health, Adam advanced from Senior IAM Engineer to Directory Services Engineer, gaining proficiency in ADFS, NAM, SAML, OAuth-based SSO, Kerberos, LDAP, and managing extensive user accounts. Early career experiences include roles at Perot Systems, where Adam worked in Directory Services and Security Administration. Adam holds a degree in Telecommunication from Michigan State University, earned in 2001.
