Trja Ludeking

Trja Ludeking is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at the City of Janesville, Wisconsin since August 2021, Trja previously held the position of Human Resource Representative at Generac Power Systems, and worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Opportunities Packaging and Assembly. Trja began a career in human resources as a Recruiter for State Collection Service, Inc., and has also contributed to Shopko in price accuracy roles. Early career experiences include internships and assembly work at Rock County and Trek Bicycle Corporation, respectively. Trja holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and Risk Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both from Concordia University-Wisconsin, complemented by a program in Human Resource Management from Blackhawk Technical College.
