Benjamin Buecher

Benjamin Buecher is an accomplished Information Technology Manager with extensive experience in municipal and academic sectors. At the City of Lodi since March 2015, Benjamin has enhanced customer support services, managed a citywide ERP implementation, and established cybersecurity protocols. Prior to this, Benjamin served as Technical Operations Manager at the University of the Pacific, where skills in project management led to significant cost reductions in computing and cable systems. Other notable experiences include roles as Programmer Analyst II for the City of Stockton Police Department, Systems Consultant at AccessLine Communications, and Project Manager at Lucent Technologies, showcasing a strong foundation in software implementation and customer satisfaction. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana State University.
