Larry Kilmer, II is currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Community Development Authority in the City of Madison, WI, since May 2021, following a robust career in urban planning and community development. Concurrently, Larry holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, teaching courses related to urban development and planning. Previous roles include Program Director and Housing Rehabilitation Manager for the City of Milwaukee's Department of City Development, as well as Rehab Manager at ACTS Housing. Larry's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, a Master of Urban Planning, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Larry is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Studies and Public Policy at the same institution.
