Cnu-A Laura Evans

Laura Evans, CNU-A, currently serves as the Planning & GIS Administrator and City Planner for the City of Murphy, TX, since February 2022. Previously, Laura held various planning roles, including Senior Planner and Planner for the City of Fort Worth from January 2017 to February 2021, and Planner for the City of Dallas from May 2015 to January 2017. Additional experience includes consulting for Masterplan Texas and working as a Planning Technician for the City of Pearland, Texas. Laura also completed internships with The Goodman Corporation, the City of Waller, and the Texas Historical Commission. Academic credentials consist of a Master of Urban Planning from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas State University.
