Wendy Levy

Wendy Levy currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Santa Barbara, a position held since December 2018. Previously, Wendy worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Oxnard, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, selection, and compensation processes, leading to a significant decrease in vacancy rates. Prior to that, Wendy held multiple roles at King County, WA, including Senior Project Program Manager, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Labor Analyst, focusing on employee services, project management for a $16 million Electronic Health Record implementation, and labor relations for a large employee population. Wendy's career began as a Human Resource Analyst at Pierce County, where Wendy managed HR lifecycle functions and developed various programs. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
