David Martin

David Martin's work experience is as follows:

- From August 2009 to June 2011, they worked at the City of Santa Monica as the Deputy Director of the Planning and Community Development Department. In January 2011, they briefly served as the Assistant to the City Manager. In June 2011, they became the Director of the Planning and Community Development Department.

- Prior to that, from March 1999 to February 2009, they held the position of Vice President at The CIM Group.

- From October 1987 to March 1999, they worked at the City of Santa Monica as an Assistant, Associate, and Senior Planner.

- From March 1986 to October 1987, they were a Planning Tech/Assistant Planner at the City of Torrance.

David Martin received their Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
