Anwer Hussain

Anwer Hussain is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various leadership and instructional roles within the food industry. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at the City of Toronto since August 2014, Anwer also contributes as a Guest Chef at Humber College's "Emerging Food Trends" culinary program and operates Anjum Fine Foods Inc. as Owner, President, and Executive Chef. Additional experience includes executive chef positions at Anjumane Najmi, Novotel, Movenpick Restaurant, and Airport Hotel in Dubai, as well as managerial responsibilities at Beach Arms Retirement Lodge and presidential duties at SYSCO SERCA Food Services Mississauga, Inc. Anwer's educational credentials include a certificate in Culinary Science/Culinology from GFTC and a specialization in food and beverage management from the American Hotel and Motel Association.
