Navya Sardana has worked in various roles since 2020. In 2020, they were a Content Developer at The Sparks Foundation. In 2021, they were a Digital Marketing Intern and Market Researcher at The Sparks Foundation and Inception Wave respectively. In 2022, they were a J2Ee Developer at Wipro and a Marketing Executive at Happay - Expense Management Solution for Businesses. Currently, they are a Technical Recruiter at CivicMinds, Inc., where they are responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and recruiting consultants for full time/Direct hire roles with clients.

Navya Sardana has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, Punjab from 2018-2022. Prior to that, they attended SBP DAV Centenary Public School from 2003-2018. Navya has also obtained additional certifications, such as Data Science Foundations from Great Learning in December 2022, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in July 2021, and Step into Robotic Process Automation from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park in June 2020.
