Interim Head Women's Golf Coach at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics

Keilee Bessho has a diverse work experience in the field of athletics and education. Keilee recently joined Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics as an Assistant Women's Golf Coach in July 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at California State University, Long Beach as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Content Tutor. In these roles, they supported students academically and provided teaching assistance. Before that, from 2019 to 2022, Keilee served as an Assistant Golf Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Redlands. Keilee'sresponsibilities included assessing talent, communicating with potential student-athletes, and coordinating campus visits. Keilee also played a crucial role in the team's progress, helping them achieve a Runner-Up finish at the NCAA championship in 2022. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Peer Advisor & Teaching Assistant at the University of Redlands, providing academic support to first-year students during their orientation and throughout the fall semester of 2019.

Keilee Bessho holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Redlands. Keilee then pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy at California State University, Long Beach. Currently, their educational journey is ongoing as they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy at the University of California, Riverside.
