Matthew Houston

Matthew Houston has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career as a Forklift Operator at Advanced Quality Logistics in 2009 and then worked as a Food Service Worker at The Appetize from 2010 to 2012. Matthew then became a Shift Lead at Scrubs Cafe from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Houston joined Polygon Solutions as an Inside Sales Representative, where they managed multiple accounts, assisted with sales, and coordinated with warehouses and manufacturers. Matthew worked there until 2015 when they transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager at SURF CITY CYCLERY, where they managed sales and a sales team.

From 2015 to 2020, Houston owned and operated their own retail business called Playtri Oceanside, which focused on endurance athletics. Matthew successfully managed a team and maintained a tight inventory to ensure a high turnover.

In 2020, Houston joined Felt Bicycles as a Customer Support Specialist, providing support to customers. Matthew then moved on to Bravo Sports in 2021, where they served as the North American Sales Director until 2023.

Currently, Houston is working as the US Business Development Manager at Classified Cycling.

Matthew Houston completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences Communication from the University of California, Davis. Matthew attended this university until the year 2014.
