Roberto Quezada

Roberto Quezada has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Roberto began their career at Cricket Wireless in 2007, where they worked as a Lead Ops Engineer in IT Applications Operations until 2010. Roberto then became the Manager of IT Operations at Cricket Wireless until 2014. In 2014, Roberto joined Hitachi Data Systems as a Manager of IT Application Support until 2015. Roberto then worked at Barrick Gold Corporation as the Manager of IT Application Support from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Roberto joined Welltok, Inc. as a Software Engineer, specializing in Fullstack development until 2018. Roberto was then promoted to Engineering Manager until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Technical Support Engineering at Welltok, Inc. Finally, in 2022, Roberto joined Classy as the Senior Engineering Manager of Platform and Commerce Services.

Roberto Quezada completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global, from the year 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Frameworx Foundation from TM Forum in November 2013 and ITIL Foundation 2011 from PEOPLECERT Group in September 2013.
