Robert Rozploch

Robert Rozploch has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Robert is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Clearspeed, where they are responsible for defining and executing the company's technology vision and strategic roadmap. Robert leads a global team in developing AI/ML language processing and data analytics technologies. Prior to Clearspeed, Rozploch served as the Senior Vice President of Research, Engineering, and Product Development at OSI Systems, where they founded and led a team of computer vision engineers and computer scientists. Robert also served as the Director of Research and Development at United Technologies, where they established a world-class imaging R&D organization. Robert was also an Executive Director at Princeton University, working on multi-university platform design research. Earlier in their career, Rozploch held various leadership roles at Broadcom, AMD, NxtWave Communications, Motorola, Toshiba, and Intel, where they contributed to the development of highly successful microprocessors and ICs.

Robert Rozploch has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. Robert also completed several Leadership, Management, and Strategic Marketing courses at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
