Shivam Gupta is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clear, with experience in managing a portfolio worth 3.5 Cr and catering to Platinum and Super Platinum customers. Shivam has successfully trained and onboarded over 200 customers on the ClearTax E-invoicing Platform and 70+ customers on the ClearTax ASP/GSP Platform. Previous roles include an Operations Associate Intern at Able and a QC Intern at Shrinivas Gujarat Laboratories Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Shivam served as Co-Chairman and Core Committee Member of the IEEE EMBS Chapter at VIT, and as a Core Committee Member of Juvenile Care at VIT. Shivam holds a BTech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
