Ajayi Precious

Ajayi Precious has been working in the industry since 2014. In that time, they have held multiple roles in various companies. In 2014, they were the Head Prefect Boy at Lizben College, where they were responsible for maintaining collaboration among prefects, coordinating prefects activity, and providing a link between the prefects body and the school administration. In 2016, they were an intern at Dews Phony. In 2018, they interned at Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd (A member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic group) and DAAR Communications Plc, where their responsibilities included maintenance of organization server, assisting in production of on-air session, and other duties. In 2020, they were a Network Administrator at Cedarview Communication Limited, where their duties included monitoring and managing all communication, resolving networking problems, determining and maintaining all programs according to company and vendor standards, and establishing and ensuring maintenance of notification according to requirements. In 2021, they were a Cloud Support Engineer at Tek Experts, where they acted as the advanced technical contact, delivering advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers. Currently, they are a Broadcaster Success Specialist at Cleeng, where their duties include providing technical support for Saas platform, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, identifying potential improvements, preparing documentation for technical scopes, collecting and analyzing client feedback, coordinating with technical writers, managing individual jobs, handling incoming technical support incidents, requests, and changes, identifying, reproducing, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and investigating potential workarounds.

Ajayi Precious obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics Electronics and Information Technology from Covenant University between 2015 and 2019. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Skills For Africa. In 2022, they obtained a Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf, a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate SFPC from CertiProf, and a Foundations of Project Management certification from Google. Ajayi also holds a Diploma in Leadership from Covenant University, a Microsoft Office certification from Microsoft, and a MikroTik Certified Network Associate certification from MikroTik.
