Kaitlin Grady has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kaitlin is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Public Affairs at Clever Carnivore since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Development Manager at The Good Food Institute from March 2021 to November 2022, where they led the major gifts portfolio in the Eastern U.S. and was responsible for cultivation, fundraising, and stewardship events.

Kaitlin also worked as a Research Analyst for the Precarious Work in Asia Project at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from February 2009 to June 2009, where they were involved in the development of a system to identify precarious work in Asian countries, performed statistical analyses, and contributed to grant proposals and presentations.

Kaitlin Grady has completed coursework for an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied International Studies with a focus on Economics and Global Health, as well as French. Additionally, they minored in Social and Economic Justice during their undergraduate studies. It is unknown if they completed a degree or specific program at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
