Rick Santina

Rick Santina has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick started their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at FMC, where they provided support for 6000 end users and was involved in maintaining LAN and WAN networks, as well as desktop support. After that, they worked at Xerox Engineering Systems as a Technical Trainer, specializing in Networked Printing products. Rick taught courses on Xerographic and Electrostatic wide format printers, as well as related technologies such as wide format scanners.

In 1999, Santina joined Cisco Systems as a Training Program Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Technical Marketing Engineer. Rick held various positions within Cisco, specializing in Land Mobile Radio over IP, Cisco IPICS software, Video Surveillance, Access Control, TelePresence, and Collaboration Solutions. Santina also played a crucial role in advancing Cisco's technology solutions in the Public Safety/First Responder market, where they presented Cisco Public Safety products to customers and acted as a resource for Sales Engineers and Account Managers.

Since 2017, Santina has been working at Clever Devices, a transportation technology company. Rick initially served as a Wireless System Engineer, ensuring the robustness of unified communications and IoT solutions over LTE and LMR networks. Currently, Santina holds the position of Principal Communications Engineer at Clever Devices, managing North American field deployments and a small team of engineers.
