Heena Bawa

Heena Bawa has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Director of HR at CleverTap, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BrowserStack from 2016 to 2021, where they held the role of Senior Manager HR. During their time at BrowserStack, Heena played a key role in building the People function from the ground up and was responsible for managing the HR department across three geographies. Heena worked closely with the Co-Founders, CFO, and other function heads.

Before their time at BrowserStack, Heena worked at Loylty Rewardz Mngt Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2016, where they held the role of Manager - Talent Development & Management. Heena was responsible for various aspects of talent development and management, including recruitment, performance management, and operations. Heena also conducted a successful technology recruitment drive during their tenure.

Prior to that, Heena worked at Agile Financial Technologies as an HR Executive from 2010 to 2012. Heena also has experience as a Sr. Research Associate at IT Bridge Recruitment Consultancy from 2006 to 2007.

Heena holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010.

Heena Bawa completed their education at the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MMS-HR). In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired various certifications throughout their career. These include certifications in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in July 2022, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn in November 2021, PowerPoint: Silicon Valley Presentation Secrets from LinkedIn in June 2021, and the Cardinal Leadership Program from Jombay in September 2018.
