Josh Hoover

Josh Hoover has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Josh currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Client Solutions at Click Boarding since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Product at Click Boarding from January 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Click Boarding, Josh served as the Director of Business Development at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. from August 2021 to December 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, they were a Committee Member at The Advisor Collective.

Josh also worked at Benefit Technology Resources, where they held multiple roles. Josh served as the Director of Clients Relations and Strategic Initiatives from September 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Strategic Client Manager from June 2016 to September 2017, and the Consulting Division Manager from September 2015 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Josh worked as a District Manager, Sales at Proliant from July 2014 to September 2015.

From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Artaform Creations, where they managed the US branch of a Hong Kong manufacturing company and launched new product lines.

Josh also gained experience at Ziprad as a Sales professional from 2013 to 2014, and at Idealab as an HR Representative from February 2008 to February 2009, and as an HR Coordinator from March 2006 to February 2008.

Additionally, they worked as a Guitar Player for the 2004 US Tour and as a Sales Associate at Sport Chalet from 2003 to 2005.

From 1998 to 2003, Josh Hoover attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music.
